Professional Biography

Dr. Zhan Shaocheng (战少成) is a Professor at Naval Medical University and recipient of the State Council Special Allowance. He serves as Chief Expert in Orthopedics (Guest) at Qingdao Yibo Hospital (Eber Medical Group).

Dr. Zhan is the Founder of China's Hand Surgery Research Group and has received National Science & Technology Achievement Awards and National Technology Invention Awards. He is an invited lecturer, consultant, and surgeon in the USA and European countries, and holds the title of Honorary Member of the American Association of Neurological and Orthopedic Surgery.

His clinical expertise encompasses hand surgery, peripheral nerve repair, limb deformity correction, and functional reconstruction after complex injuries. He has pioneered techniques in nerve reconstruction and limb function restoration that are now widely adopted in China.
