Dr. Yao Dezhong (姚德忠) is a Doctoral Supervisor and renowned expert in neuroinformatics and biomedical engineering. He serves as Director of the National '111' Program for Neuroinformatics Innovation and Talent Introduction, a prestigious national initiative for advancing research and attracting top talent.
Dr. Yao leads the Yangtze River Scientific Innovation Team in Neuroinformatics, supported by the Ministry of Education. He is also a Member of the Biomedical Engineering Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education and serves as Executive Director of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering.
His research focuses on neuroinformatics, brain-computer interface, neural signal processing, and cognitive neuroscience. His work has contributed significantly to the advancement of neuroscience and biomedical engineering in China.
