Professional Biography

Dr. He Wei (何伟) is a Master of Medicine and Chief Physician serving as Deputy Director of ICU and Director of Outpatient and Emergency Department at Tianjin Eber Perennial Brain Hospital. He previously served as Deputy Director of ICU at Tianjin Xiqing Hospital and Director of Outpatient and Emergency Department at Xi'an Thoracic Hospital.

Dr. He has extensive experience in emergency medicine and critical care. He served as an instructor at the Armed Police Rescuers Training Base and as a Red Cross First Aid Course Instructor. He was also Head of the Internal Medicine Treatment Group of the National Armed Police and a member of the Rescue Medical Team.

During the Xi'an COVID-19 outbreak in late 2021, Dr. He was responsible for frontline treatment and follow-up care for over 2,000 recovered COVID-19 patients.
